overpriced, but nice

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
The apartments are well designed and confortable. The rooms are large and well distributed. Maintenance is fine, but they took a year to rebuild some apartments destroyed by fire (inconveniencing neighbors with a year of construction fences and noise).
The rent is expensive, and the only response you get from the staff is that they are within market range. My rent started at $1400 for a 2bd/2bath in 1999 and is now $1850 in 2002. The next time they raise my rent, I'm out.
