I moved to Skyline Hills from out of state and liked the idea of being up in the hills. The complex is landscaped well...that I agree.
However for the price I paid for a two bedroom, it was a rip off. The apartment was dark and poorly insulated. The windows and doors were drafty which resulted in high utility bills. The materials used were so cheap that I could hear the neighbors ever time they walked across their floor.
The management team is only concerned with money and how they can take as much as possibly during move out.
