The apartments are nice and good for roommates, BUT....
There is a mold problem. We received a notice saying that we may have to be evacuated b/c the mold problem was so bad. We had it growing everywhere in the apartment, and I got sick from it.
Also, a few months ago, there was a robbery by gunpoint inside the complex! Two residents drove into the complex to park, and an armed gunman followed them into the gated complex, took their wallets, and hit them over the head with his gun!
I did not feel safe living here. I went to use the apartment hot tub around 9pm and was greeted by two NAKED people having sex in the hottub.
The place is not worth the money- my personal comfort and safety is worth far more than living in Skyline Hills.
I would not advise this place to anyone.
