One thing I have to warn prospective tenants is Skyline Hills Apartments will try everything they can to take away from your deposit.

I spent a total of nearly 2 DAYS!!! cleaning the top of the cabinets, bottom of refrigerator, the blinds, behind the toilet, ceiling fan...everything, yet they still charged me $100!!! for more cleaning. Unbelieveable!!! They DO NOT believe in the law of normal wear & tear. They first told me on the phone the track to the sliding glass door was dirty!!! Can you believe'' And then when I went to the apartment in person, they changed their story and said they needed to shampoo the carpets and paint the walls. But we left no markings on the wall and by the time I got there, the walls had been painted so they couldn't show me the marks and spots that needed to be painted! (this was only 1 day after I vacated the unit) Take your pre-inspection very seriously at this place because they will turn it around and use it against you. I strongly suspect this is how the management at Skyline Hills Apartment makes their year-end bonuses!!! Watch out!
