My wife and I have lived in SH for over a year now and we are just finding out that we have to vacate due to new management selling the units. NICE! Thanks for the forewarning everyone!
Our car has been broken into and things were stolen. The rent is VERY high for the amount of space that you get.
Our apt. was flooded when a watermain broke and absolutely destroyed a unit in our building.
MAIL IS NOT DELIEVERED UNTIL AROUND 5 or 6 PM!
If you choose to buy here you are an idiot. The 1100 sq ft 2 bedrooms are not worth the 450k they are charging. Enjoy!

Um, a water main breaking and late mail aren't really the fault of the apartment complex, genius. Just sounds like you're angry at the world in general?

Although these may not be the fault of the management,they are things that one needs to know. If the watermain broke, it's possible that other complex units are faulty- thanks for the warning 'cause I was considering purchasing.
