I have lived her for a year, and I feel like I am living in a completely different place than the other reviews. Granted, most were written 3 years ago. The grounds are kept immaculate, as is the pool and workout area. There is also a playground. A new security company has been hired, and although I heard of a few people's cars getting broken into before the change, I do not know of any complaints since the new company has come. Everytime I leave my house at night I see the security guards patrolling the complex. Compared to other apartments I have lived in, the sound proofing is pretty good. I can here them going up and down the stairs, but it doesn't really bother me. When people walk by my front door & patio, I can here them really clearly however :(. I'm not crazy about the onsite manager (definetly not the friendliest). But overall, I love this place!!
