I've lived here several years.

The building isn't well maintained. The facade is peeling and crumbling. The inside carpets are dirty, old, and musty. There are ongoing issues with the plumbing which effects water pressure and running toilets. The apartments are very small and the wood flooring is undesireable.

The management is often angry, rude, offensive (racist and sexist comments), difficult and unreasonable. Don't bother the manager--he's mean.

Can't beat the location and the rents, but I've had enough and am moving out!
