First thing... no elevator.. total pain in the ass to move in, move out, get to and from the apartment.

The noise from the train is horrendous, imagine being woken up by the trains bright and early every morning.

They use some profitable business which handles the water and trash. They manage to charge horrendous monthly hates.

And yes, when you move out, they'll charge you to repaint the apartment. Who does that'
