A Dangerous Neighborhood

***Safety Warning to Potential Renters***

Before you rent an apartment in this highly advertised apartment complex, check the local crime statistics for yourself. I was mugged walking to BART and I am constantly approached by aggressive homeless people daily.

Despite the dishonesty from management, this is still a dangerous neighborhood. With budget cuts to local police, the crime rate is only expected to rise in the future.
