Normal problems, but been pretty satisfied with my place. roof leaked once, but fixed fast.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Everyone was happy when that person left.
Hated everyone.
I haven't had any problems with my place so Im satisfied.
Managers ok
parking ok
grounds ok
apartment is larger than my last one.
looks like a condo.
view is good.
Really can't complain.
