The building changed hand around 2002. The new landlords did a terrific job of much needed renovations. Including fixing the pool, replacing all the porches for 44 units, painting and recarpeting all the public areas, redoing the laundry rooms, replacing the eleavator and other stuff I'm sure I've left out
