After reading some of the reviews, I don't know what everyone expects when living in an apartment building. Management is nice, once you fill out a maintenance report, they fix the problem asap. The owner (Louis) allowed us to paint our apartment in colors that we wanted. The place is clean, every Friday a cleaning crew comes in and cleans all the hallways, laundry rooms, elevator, and the mailbox area. Never had a problem with any neighbors or management. This is a nice place to live and in a great location in Oakland.
