- The best apartment I've lived in. Kay the Manager is very nice and caters to all of your needs quickly and efficiently. Been here Dec. 2004 to the present (2009) - After reading some of the reviews, I don't know what everyone expects when living in an apartment building. Beware of CWP Rental Managemetn Company I've had VERY bad experiences with this management company and they manage Bret Harte Apartments and a number of other locations in the other. CWP Management is based in San Leandro. Shady practices that end up in court and time and money spent by tenants

They rule-depending on needs. I f you struggle at times they will let you slide with the rent. Slow to fix things but the tradeoff works for me. If you're some yuppie schmuck you should probably look elsewhere - like San Francisco!! Please send the yuppies back across the bridge!!
