While alot of people have money that live around here, alot of people also dont. You will find BmW's and Lexus parked on the side of the road and a bum asking for change on the sidewalk next to them. Libby Lake Apts. now Lakeshore Villas - These units have been coverted into condos and are beautiful. The community itself is quiet, safe and clean. I am currently renting and the owner takes great care of the place as well as the HOA. I would recommend this palce to anyone.
