I love my apartment. The kitchen and bathrooms have hardwood floors and the interior is beautiful. The only problem I have had is my move-in date. The carpets were not ready on the move-in date, but was credited for that day and the carpet was replaced and cleaned immediately. The management has been very polite and very accommodating. The main complaint is the parking. You get one assigned spot and a garage which is great, but there isn't visitor parking. I think that is what makes the property so quiet.
