	pool is good,has a car wash, apartments are nice and modern, rent went down with new company, thats the good. Except stupid people letting kids under 10 yrs go in the spa which mgmt never says they cant..so they crap ... more

	They have been newly remodled and are great, management is great. Only complaint is the insulation is not that great so you can hear neighboors more than you would like and no extra parking.
