Less than one mile there are to rival gangs known to Oceanside police very well. On is the PISOLII' and the other the CRYPT. In the office staff there are five ladies, only one of them is honest person to deal with. One of the leasing agents goes around the other leasing agents stealing leases. She seems like the type to shake your hand while stabbing you in the back to make a few dollars on the lease. The maintence staff is always talking behind your back in Spanish. I know some Spanish and mostly derogatory statement are said. The new security guard helped clean the place up well. I hear them talking to the residents about how to get rid of the white guy. I have not seen the Security in 4 days. Things are back to being the old way. They only pretend to be nice to your face. I would never let them in my home with out me there. In the laundry rooms there are security cameras that look and are fake. I know because I saw one of the cameras broken in the laundry room and turned it in to the office. They are fake, activated with 3 triple a batteries. There were no wires on the wall or wireless antennas. Parking this is so much a joke. They pass out flyers on the door shoved between your crack. Most are either blown off or taken by kids. After a month of notices on the door they started towing. Then stopped. Then one month later started towing. Under covered parking witch you pay for. I had family over from out-of-state. There was no visitor parking at this time so I told them to park under my car port. In the evening it was towed. The leasing agent neglects to put the proper paper work in the package and never gives out the permits and cars get towed. The dumpsters are in the parking lot and there are always people in the dumpsters, digging, making noise, and causing a mess. From January 2004 to April 2004 there have been three motorcycles stolen. More than ten license plates taken. 6 cars with tires slashed. 40 cars broken into. Gangsters coming in with pellet guns shooting out windows. Numerous break ins. graffiti all over the properties. The pool is unsatisfactory there are people that pee and poop in the pool and hot tub. The gym is never open always locked. There are kids that jump on to nearby balconies and take stuff. When I moved in the apartment had problems they came and fixed them. The carpet had sticky stuff all over them less than 2 weeks later the carpet had spots coming threw it. From the mat not being changed out. I spoke with one of the managers about this and in her office there in plan site was a paper with 'WE SAVED THE CARPET SIGN". Needless to say my carpet is probably not new. I wish that I could say good about the staffing and the ground and the apartment but when you have people stabbing people in the back to get a fifty cent raise. It is not worth the trouble.
