The Management Company, based in Utah, make money by screwing military folk out of deposits and giving them crappy apartments other than the ones the show you. This place overcharges on everything, even untilities like trash, sewer and water. Furthermore, several apartment units are mold infested due to leaky pipes and poor drainage from sprinklers. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

I agree, they screwed me out of my deposit. The ceilings in both bathrooms leaked.
