Management doesn't care about residents and takes no steps to improve conditions except a flyer every now and then telling residents to "play nice". Not too helpful when there are kids coming from outside the complex to skateboard over the parkbenches and crack the cement on the curbs. Had a notice for routine pest control informing us to take EVERYTHING out of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, place them in another room and cover with sheets. Contracted guy came and told us that all he was contracted to do was to place roach pellets in a few corners. Spent another two hours putting everything back in place. Washer and dryers break constantly and laundry room is dirty most of the time. Had three notices taped to the door stating that they were all second warnings for some amount of money due. Fine, except they were things like $5.00 for new laundry card, which the lady in the office said can be paid with next months rent. Three days later, notice taped to door. Go out of town for a few days and the apartment smells like mildew and mold. Bathroom window has been open since I moved in for ventilation. Stairs two upstairs unit connected to the wall so everynight when your trying to sleep, "KLUMP, KLUMP, KLUMP, KLUMP". People yelling, screaming, blasting their music and no security patrol to hand out warnings. Had a neighbor who lived with at least six other people in a one-bedroom unit. Filled up all eight washers and dryers every Sunday from dusk til dawn. Heard several gunshots and NOT from the Marines training on Pendleton. People on their mini bikes speeding through the driveways with their mufflers removed. Nice people working at the office when first moved in, now staff like to smile through their teeth except when renewing your lease. Don't move in here, there are better places to live. Proximity doesn't mean quality.
