This place is horrible. Whithin the first month of living here my license plates ere stolen, both my wife and my cars were keyed, and my wife was followd home one night all in the first month. We told managment and they didnt seem real helpful. But then new managment stepped in, we still had problems, hearing people arguing late at night, we even saw a guy beat his girlfriend. This place is a terrible place to live. Residents just dont care. People just throw their trash next to the dumpsters, they let their children wander around at night with toy pellet guns. When this is brought to managment attention all they do is spend hundreds of dollars on community flyers that remind people of the community rules...yeah real effictive. In the whole time I lived there I never once saw the courtesy patrol. My wife had to call cxourtesy patrol one night ( or I shouyld say the guy that sleeps all night because he lives there ) it was around one or two in the morning and the security guard actually came to our house when all we asked him to do was tell the neighbors to turn their music down. Homeless people can be seen digging through the trash on a daily basis. Several times I have thrown away things only to see them a couple hours later on the back of some guys bike. I have addressed this problem with managment several times and apparently there is nothing they can do about it! The people that live here and have dogs use the dog run as a toilet. Daily I saw people put their dogs in the dog run and just stand outside the fence until their dog was done then they just left. I have been living in apartment complexes for a while. I have even lived in a worse are than this. When "new" managment stepped in they began circulating newsletters each month, what a waste of money! Most of the time people just threw these away. Then they started a free movie rental, ooooooh lets rent free movies that no one really wants to see. When they advertise some utilities included they really mean gas and thats all. Everything inside the apartment runs on electricity. The only gas appliance is the water heaters that are shared between apartments. The managment tried to have a contest where the biulding that thurnd their rent in on the first would get fifty dollars off next months rent. It was so sad no one won! It seems to me that managment needs to stop spending money on things like newsletters, a new paintjob for the complex and ugly landscaping and focus on cleaning up the trash that live in this complex. To many times I have seen kids ( under 2) walking barefoot and naked in the parking lot, ten year olds playing with knives and lighters, and even smoking. And when this is brought to managment attention nothing is done to remedy the situation. The apartment itself looked like it was cleaned in a rush job holes werent patched just painted over doors had big paint runs on them carpeting was old and ripping apart, but you can be sure that they charged me to replace the whole thing. Oh and when you read teh ones that give this complex a five and recommend moving here, beware, no one can be that oblivious to what is going on. This complex lacks human decency and furthermore I recommend to anyone considering moving here; to run, run as far away from here as you can.
