I have lived here since October of 2006, I just recently signed another lease to remain here. I have read alot of the postings here and find them to be really far fetched and a bunch of lies. Any problem I have ever had, has been resolved by the office staff within one day, from loud music to bugs. I have yet to be told "it's your problem" by the staff. The kids running around the place, well it's not up to the staff to control how parents raise their kids, if you don't like bad parenting, then go knock on the parents' door and inform them. Don't write about it and hide behind a computer screen. The grounds are well kept, there isn't trash all over the place, there is a great pool, jacuzzi, fitness center and BBQ areas. If someone doesn't like something or feels something needs fixed, then see the staff, don't hide behind your computer screen. This is a great community here, there are alot of great people here, there are a few bad ones but hey, that's a part of life, they are everywhere.

I agree with some of your comments but as far as the service it should be alot better. As for the fitness center it isn't that great. When I lived there we asked them to fix our master bathroom sink and they didn't we also told them about our showers leaking and they never got fixed. I left an 800 deposit and got back 579.78 and I only lived there for less than 7 months and I didn't even damage the place one bit. They charged a little over 100 dollars to "REPAINT" the place when they told me it had been painted a couple of days before I moved in. They do take advantage of the military in these apartments.

They took advantage of me too. I told them that my dishwasher was leaking and they said someone would come fix it. When no one came or bothered to call I had it fixed on my own and they wouldn't reimburse me. They even tried to charge me extra for fixing it. The whole place sucks from management to maintenance to corporate. Take it from me this place will bleed you.

I think the purpose of this site is so that you can post reviews on the property according to your experience. I wouldn't consider that "hiding behind the computer". Not sure why you're taking it so personally? So a lot of people had bad experiences...it doesn't reflect negatively on your experience. In fact be happy yours was better than some of the other here. No need to call everybody else a liar.
