well first i just want to say the apts are pretty basic and around 30 years old or so i was told. yes it is 90 percent military but people overall are nice and it really is a decent place to live. the only irritating thing is all of the people who come to your door selling, chocolates, newspapers, their religion, etc... the walls arent the thickest so you can hear noises but whenever i have had a problem which has not been often, they have come over within an hour to fix it. tennis courts are filled with leaves and they only keep one door unlocked to them, and the fitness center is pathetic in a funny way. the pool is nice the rents not too bad. just an average place to live.i would recommend the loft option.

I think its terrible here. The management team is a bunch of space cadets. Their office is sort of like the unorganized who told you that routine. I went back and forth with these morons on numerous issues that they screwed up and wanted me to pay for. They will violate every right that a tenant has and spit in your face when you call them out. Stay away from here, trust me I have rented in numerous places for 10yrs and have never in my life seen such a poor, pathetic, uneducated, moronic, disgustingly rude group of people. If you do want to live here and think that I'm crazy wait and write your response i'll forward my attorneys number as you will need it trust me.
