Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
Wherever you decide to lease an apartment in Oceanside- please do NOT go here. Our first night there we were woken up at about 1 am by screeching tires and gunshots. I pulled up one day to find the road blocked off by 6 police cars- turns out on the news they were staking out someone in the complex. We lived there less than 6 months (for good reason) and my car was broken into twice.
