I'VE LIVED HERE IN CANYON CLUB SINCE APRIL OF 08, I LOVED THE PLACE WHEN I FIRST SEEN IT. HOWEVER... A MONTH INTO MY LEASE MY TRUCK WAS TOWED WHICH WAS PARKED UNDERNEATH A CARPORT THAT I PAY FOR MONTHLY!!! SECOND, MY SINK WAS LEAKING FOR THE LONGEST TIME, NOW MY KITCHEN HAS A YELLOW SPOT ON THE FLOOR. THERES SPIDERS EVERYWHERE... I'M TOO SCARED TOO TAKE TRASH OUT ON THE THOUGHTS OF HITTING SOMEONE WITH IT OR THEM GOING THROUGH IT. MY UPSTAIRS "PEOPLE" ARE LOUD AND STOMP EVERYWHERE. WHICH THEY ARE DOING AT THIS MOMENTS AND ITS TEN AT NIGHT. THERES ALWAYS DOG POOP ON THE SIDEWALKS. THE FRONT OFFICE ALWAYS GIVES ME THE WRONG AMOUNT FOR RENT EACH MONTH. MY HUSBANDS CAR WAS BROKEN INTO, IT WAS REPORTED TO THE FRONT OFFICE BUT THEY STATED THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHO THE CARPORT BELONG TO. AND I FOUND HIS CAR THE NEXT AFTERNOON!!! IDIOTS!!! THE NAMES ON MY LEASE IS SPELLED WRONG. UGH... I URGE YOU NOT TO RENT HERE. IT'S JUST BAD... LOOK AT ALL THE STUFF I JUST WROTE. GOODLUCK... FINDING ANOTHER PLACE THAT ISN'T THIS ONE. ALSO I DON'T FEEL SAFE HERE AT ALL!!! SOME SECURITY...

I thought this was funny. I currently live at Canyon Club due to military, but was a leasing agent back home in New Mexico. First off, (and I remember correctly) that when you are going over your lease they ask you if your name is spelled correctly. Humans can make errors, and which is why they ask you. If your kitchen sink was leaking why didn't you ask them to fix it? Everytime i've called maintenance they've been here within a couple hours. As for the rent amount... DUH! Did you NOT sign the lease which tells you the rent amount each month? If your not smart enough to remember your rent amount, then I don't feel sorry for you getting the wrong amount. Be an adult. And by the way, crime happens EVERYWHERE! Not saying that it is good they broke in your car, but what did you leave in plain sight that someone who was walking by looked in and broke in to get it? Oh, and your spiders? Remember the whole lease thing you signed? yeah, it's nature.. and you can get them sprayed for for free on Tuesdays? I will say that there is a new girl in the office who doesn't seem to be the smartest, but Nicky and Nieesha are nice and will help out no matter what. Can't really say about the manager, i've never actually met her and when I go into the office she is never there!
