Me and my husband lived here for two years. The first year we lived here it wasnt to bad. So we signed another lease. From then on it was like living in the ghetto. Every weekend there are loud parties that go on ALLLLL night. Even if you call security (one guy who lives in the complex) they just come out and tell them to quite down. Half the time it did no good and it took him a while to even get out there. Not to mention all the loud cars that drive into the complex with there music super loud!!!! On the other note, the office staff is very nice...BUT half the time they dont return phone calls, even if they say they will call you back. Nikki is probably the only half minded person who knows whats going on! By half minded, i mean half a brain!! As far as maintenance goes...I had to schedule 6 appointments to get my move out walk through done!!! 6!!! every time i scheduled one no one would show! that should say enough.

Now for the actual property. it is LITERALLY next to the ghetto. We like to call it lil mexico!!!! Cops are there like every other day!! Feel free to call the police department and ask about them!! I DID!!! Also people dont like to pick up dog poop...so just take a guess!!!

ALSO if you dont want homeless people digging through your trash then dont put your trash in the dumpsters!!!!!!! We could hear people every night digging in our trash. When my husband was working at night, i wouldnt even go outside because i was actually scared!!!

If you dont mind a Ghetto loud party environment this is your place!!!!!!!! just a warning its horrible and you will regret living here!!!!

why you call it little mexico if the loud partys and the people that are going thru the trash can most of the time are white trash people.
