This apartment is crap, no one around here speaks english (except marines), the gardeners start at 6:00am and put all the grass into the creek to kill the ducks, there is many problems in the apartments everything breaks, leaks or falls apart. the only ok thing is the price which is bad for what you get but ok for oceanside. there is a good amount of open parking for residents, it is very noisy, but can be quiet at night (sometimes). the creek is a great idea but it is really just a sewer from another apartment complex canyon creek. be careful many -------- who think they are gangsters always drinking, breaking into cars, ect.. good think there is a skinny security guard, he does do a good job of keeping the residents quiet at night. maintenance is ok. not too good, not too bad. if you are smart or have money you wont move here, watch out for the dumpster divers.
