It's pretty quiet overall, but the walls are so thin you can practically hear people breathe. They do get loud in the pool area and hot tub, not very considerate for those of us who don't care to hear about vulgar and crude stories, cursing and swearing. A lot of Marines, if you aren't one you do get an eyebrow raise or two, lol. Maintenance is great, yard work is clean and neat, and well kept, and the maintenance guy that fixes problems in the apartment is always prompt and does a good job timing-wise. BEWARE: This apartment has ASPETOS (spelling') in the paint. Granted it has been made in the 70's and it's layers deep but still, would you like to live in an apartment w/lead paint that can be hazardous to your health''. Things break very easily too. I've had broken cabinets, kitchen drawers, door knob fell off, walls dent easily, and ventilation is poor (prone to mildew). My carpets got flooded w/water due to a neighbor nearby that was getting their carpets cleaned or bathroom fixed! The kitchen area needs a major upgrade, very old-school style generic and cheap kitchen counter that looked like some intern constructed it out of a college shop class. Do not get a studio, you can barely move around. Way too small. I found it very deceitful on the staff's part that they didn't tell me until AFTER I SIGNED THE DOTTED LINE that there was Aspetos. Isn't that illegal'
I agree with the first reviewer. If you have a decent job with decent pay, find a better apartment (quality) in a better area. Save your money it's worth the investment.
