live on the street corner its just as good

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
At one time Creekwood Villas was a nice place, until the office manager put herself above the law, allowing the tenants to live in unsafe mold infested apartments, covering the condition up and lying to the tenants. Then there is the husband who solicits sex from female tenants, its a discusting place to live and no place to raise kids. I rate it a 1
