I actually think that this place was a nice place to live considering the price was pretty affordable. I am writing this because I'd like to disagree with the negative commenters about this complex.

The management has always been very curteous towards me and the people that I have come across and asked.
They are quick to react on calling maitenance to fix any problem you might have whether it be big or small. You can get a hold of somebody 24 hrs. a day for these emergencies.

The property manager who lives on property has been so nice as to open my door for me when I locked myself out. She never had an attitude, she is a very friendly neighbor.

She sends out monthly updates and articles to inform residents about certain issues... but they are always very polite in doing so.

I have never heard about anyone having their car broken into. We have security at night that patrol the complex.

I have seen some dumpster divers, but that goes for anywhere in North County. They are harmless and they mind their own business.

I think that Management has done a very good job at maintaining the property. It has a nice cozy feel. Yes it's a little outdated. If you look around at surrounding properties such as Carlsbad - you get more for your money. Like I said, it's very affordable and that's what most people look at when they move in.

The counter tops are outdated but that's not a big deal.

I just think that if you're going to complain.... why did you move in in the first place. You were able to see beforehand what you were getting into.

I think people that put these bad remarks on here are bitter because they didn't clean good enough and they didn't get their full deposit back. Or they are just mad at the world and have nothing better to do than to complain.

So anyone looking into renting here. Look around for yourself. Meet management and judge for yourself. They are very nice people.

Hmmm.. sounds like a review from management or they hired someone to do so because cleary they are all morons. The women I have run into from the office are pathetic little Mexican women without a college degree, so they settle to work in a trasy apartment complex. These people give you the run around, and do not know how to operate things. Plus, it appears they are NEVER in the office, but instead feeding their FAT, UGLY, MEXICAN asses!
