OK, move here if you love: cockroaches, mold, water leaks, continual water outages, electrical outages, rude management, broken appliances, never-ending maintenance problems, and fire hazards. I have lived here 1.5 years, and there have been 7 different managers. Each has been a girl in her 20's that is on an ego/power trip, and they fire all of the maintenance people to hire their own lackeys. Then, that manager ----- is gone, and it starts all over again. Currently, it is raining sewage in my kitchen, through the light fixture. This has been happening for a week now, and all they do is mop up the floor, and leave a bucket under the leak in the kitchen. It's disgusting.

Couldn't agree more with the title of your post. My apt stinks of mold. Can't wait to get out of here.

Hello all future renters. We want everyone to know that we pride ourselves on our customer service and work ethic. Anytime you have a maintenance or management issue we are here for you... as we have extended our office hours. It is only until we are notified of an issue, that we are able to address it. I wish we can say that we were able to inspect the homes of our residents daily to insure no maintenance issues have arose, but unfortunately we are unable to do so and hope that with the cooperation of our courteous and respectful renters we will be notified immediately of any and ALL issues on-site!!! Thank you in the future of all your concerns, questions, comments and or suggestions. We are here to insure you???re happy with your home. Thank you again, Creekwood Villas Management

What a fat lie this response is from the "management"! I tried OVER and OVER to be polite and have them fix problems with my apartment. It was only after I had City and County inspectors come out and order them to fix the problems that anything was done. Thankfully, I no longer live there. If Colleen is still the "manager"... BEWARE. She's cute, but a ROYAL B*tch beneath the phony smile.
