The apartments have good sized rooms, it is fairly quiet and the price is good...however, what makes this place the best place that I have ever rented is the staff. The manager, her husband and the maintenance manager keep the apartment very safe, they are all super friendly and will fix anything that needs fixing.

Ultra-friendly neighbors and staff make this the best place to live in north county. Some apartments boast an ocean view or a huge square footage, but when it really comes down to it, people make a place good or bad, and this place is outstanding.
