I live in Oceanside and I know someone that lives here. While waiting outside in the parking areas I have seen drugs being sold. I know people that have had their lives threatened while in the complex (seriously not a joke). If you want peace and quiet, you will not find it here.

Parking is a COMPLETE nightmare. If you have more than one car you must park on the street and that street is completely PACKED once work is over. On top of that, you're on a STEEP hill (hence hillside gardens, but it's no garden), so then you have a greater risk of constant bumper damage.

This place probably has close to the cheapest rent in the area and it shows. Management has no effectiveness as the people who cause problems are not being evicted, instead they renew the leases of these people because it's the ghetto and they need their money.

The management is so clueless they don't even know what dangerous dogs look like.

If I was homeless and down on my luck, maybe I would live there, but I would almost feel safer on the street (but not on that street).
