I lived here for 6 months. the grounds and apartments themselves are very nice and clean. secure' i didn't see one security officer walking around the entire time i was there. there were a few outstanding incidents (signs around the complex had been literally demolished, people coming home incredibly drunk on the weekends screaming rape at 3am) and then some constant disturbances like people in the pool til 4 almost every day of the week. we brought this up when we moved out and they told us they had been having problems with their security team. let's hope it's been resolved.

almost every single plug in my apartment didn't work. we even tried having them replaced, but whatever they replaced it with was worse than before. so if you have any wall plugs...you'll have to tape them to the wall.

ROACHES. can we say disgusting'

huge wasp problem in the spring. my roommate was allergic to them.

parking was only a problem during the weekend. since everyone and their mother likes to bring home the party on the weekends.

all the facilities are nice. we used the laundry room frequently and rarely was there non-working machines.

management was, in one word, eh' i asked on one of my last visits there if they could tell me exactly how much my last check would be and the guy told me, "i don't know how to check that." and laughed. i didn't find it funny.

i would rent from them again, but some things would definately have to change.
