This place is horrible!!

*Only one assigned parking spot. Serveral times me or my husband had to park several lots away.
*It took maint. SIX times to fix the garbage disposal. The first FIVE times they cleaned it out, dumped the food in the trash and wrote "Nothing broken"
*Loud music. Management does not care.
*You can hear the water when the people around you take showers. Lovely!
*I've had an ant problem since April 2005.
*I am talked to like a child because I wear a military uniform.
*Staff is very rude. They do not want to help you. They want money. They want to rip you off anyway you can.
*Don't bother cleaning up when you leave. They're going to charge you to clean it anyway as soon as they see one tiny spec of dust.


Stay away from here! Members of the Armed Forces: They will treat you like gold because of your BAH. Once you sign that lease, it's a different story. You are a pain to them. You make them work. DON'T LIVE HERE.
