Dont be fooled by the nicely landscaped look and the remodeled leasing office...these apartments are filled with trash (the other residents) and the staff are clueless!
We have been harrassed by our downstairs neighbors since sept of 2005...we have complained and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE...it is a woman and her teenage son they have been banging on our celing (because we are walking on the floor) the woman has screamed at my little kids about how loud they are because they are walking on the floor...she went after my friend screaming out side our building...the kid is out all hours of the night and loud with all of his friends he has kicked in his own door he has been outside playing with matches lighting things on fire...he has thrown things at our window and door....he has recently called my little girl a b word while she was walking back from throwing the trash away...he has cussed out my husband....the list could go on and on ,,,,the office says they will call them or send them a letter ....security says they will "check it out"
well NOTHING has ever been done....it gets worse and worse...my kids are terrified to come home ...
the apartment downstairs has been broken into...the police are always here....there is a lot of trash living here and that is why we are moving....if you expect everything to be working when you move in forget it....i had to call maintenance countless times the bathroom fan was broke then the dryer the refridgerator the oven the wall is soft in the bathroom and you can smell mold and the idiot said that there is nothing wrong...because he is too lazy to cut open the wall to see where the water is coming from...so if you like trashy people, management that dosent do anything about anything, maintenace that is lazy and clueless and an overall bad experience...then go ahead and move here its the new getto they try to disguise with a nice exterior!
