Alright, so I have to agree with everyone. First off, the police are here like 8 times a day. Your neighbors are always yelling at each other and trying to kill each other, one guy attempted to strangle his girlfriend just the other day.

My bathroom has hair all over the walls, where the painters just kept on painting over hair!!! It is disgusting. The molding on the floor of the bathroom is coming up. And for some reason the bathtub keeps turning orange which is absolutely gross.

The windows don't keep sounds out, so you can always hear all your neighbors.

There is no ventilation in the apartment, so the place is always like 100 degrees inside, so you have no choice but to keep the air on, which is pretty expensive.

The carpet is coming up on its own, and I know they are going to charge me for it, when it's there mistake.

I have been told from many people that no matter what, you never get your deposit back and end up having to pay them more money no matter what.

The jacuzzi's are always broken and have disgusting crap floating around in them, or on friday nights they are filled with teenagers screaming, and I'm young so I don't really care, but it would be nice if they could get the filter working. The heated pool behind the leasing office is scum-infested...that pool looks more like a trash can than a pool.

If you intend to live here, you have to purchase a paper shredder. There are dumpster divers in the dumpsters on a daily basis, going through peoples trash looking for their bills and credit card applications. And no matter how many times you complain they don't ever do anything.

There is never any parking, so you have to walk like 3 blocks to your place.

The office staff could care less about you and let you know that. Plus, they don't except the military clause and you really have to fight them hard on it. They are all ------- and can suck it.

The only thing they do well here is keep the outside looking good to fool all the rookies. And they do paint the stupid speed bumps ever two weeks for some dumb reason, but can't get the jacuzzi or pools to be clean or work properly.

Man your a whiner. I feel sorry for the leasing office staff for having to put up with. Just leave for Iraq already and quit complaining about everything.......crybaby!!

That response is down right rude and you should feel ashamed of yourself for even saying that!! He's a crybaby? Well your a loser for posting your opinion on almost every single bad review. We get it... you work for the apartments...your just making an ass out of your staff. Maybe you should be the one going to Iraq.. I'm sure no one would miss you!
