This place sucks! They dont except military clause...and make you pay at least one month extra rent or two even.

You are an ungrateful piece of ****!! The military clause is designed to help the people who are fighting, for your stupid ass, not have to worry about paying some apartment complex tons of money while they are getting shot at in another country. You should be nothing but grateful to them instead of calling them "cry babies!!" Maybe instead of sitting at your computer responding to these reviews you should joing the military and try doing what they do. Maybe then you will a little more understanding! Instead of bitching to them why don't you try saying thank you!

To UrCryBaby How much did you get paid for that comment? Military Clause is the law, no selfish, self-centered apartment business compound can overwrite this fact. Island Club is a disgusting apartment complex filled with thieves and low-lives I don't want to be part of. Got my car stolen from my own neighbor and I had fleas in my carpet.
