Are you getting paid for these responses or what? haha If this is the way Island Club staff acts then I def don't want to rent from yall. Did it ever occur to you that the fellow military man does not have anyone to help clean his car while he is gone and frankly its not a residents job to keep there car clean so it looks appealing to you. Whats next? Tow cars that look ghetto or unwashed just because it might scare off future resident? And assuming that a car is not running is not a reason to tow it. Thats why its called assuming. Actually for Oceanside, the rent yall charge is about even with the rent tons of apartments charge in that area, but they seem much more respectful and military friendly. And your def right about one thing... this isn't the midwest... people there recognize a concept called hospitatlity and respecting those who fight for their country. You'll catch more bees with honey than with vinegar... just some advice Island club staff.

I see both sides of this problem but I have to agree with the previous comment. If a tenant is paying rent and parks his car in his assigned parking spot, there's no reason to tow him. No matter if he's in the service or not. What would happen if a tenant were to inform the Island Club staff that he or she were to go on deployement? Would you still tow them? I sure hope you wouldn't. I suggest not paying next month's rent. Or deducting whatever you paid to get your car out of the impound.
