Don't let the bad reviews discourage you from seeking a home in these apartments. I like living here and cannot complain about much. It seems that most people that are complaining did not bother to look and understand their contract, could not pay their rent, or something in that ballpark. I love it here! I often refer people to live here and if they actually move in I get $500 bucks off my rent. Its like I have additional income living here.

Don't be fooled, this is the management typing this post. I used to work in property management not to long ago and I know how it works. I have typed some similiar posts for my old properties..

I agree, management! Who else would mention a referral fee to try to market their property.

I lived there for a year, I had no complaints against me, and managed to pay my rent. On the other hand I had to call the leasing office on various occasions for ridiculous situations; people smoking weed in front of their apartments (which would not concern me if the smoke didn???t enter my apartment), utilities being shut off without notice various times for what they referred to as maintenance...when your taking a shower or come home for lunch that is not something you want to deal with, completely incompetent leasing office staff...seemingly uneducated dullards.

yeah ok Mrs manager..weve paid our rent on time since we have been here n if u guys had given me the paperwork when u were supposed to, and not made up a lame excuse for not having it, I would have read the fine print. which i did,when i got it tow weeks after i moved in when it was "ready"!!!!!! and has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the wide variety of pests inhabiting my well cleaned apartment!! or the ignorant office personnel u work with. its a shame, i would be embarrased to be seen working in such sorry place.
