Make sure you know your information about this property

This place looked very promising. If you're relying on a call center or a rental site to give you correct information don't get your hopes up. The Island Club forgets to list some information on the sites. Unforunatly online says they have 3 and 6 month leases for rent. The call center also confirms this when you call from any site they are listed on. However, make sure NOT to apply (and paying any application fee) without finding out if they have anything free for the lease time you are looking at. I almost put everything in and then was informed they only had 9 month or longer leases (because I started talking to the rental office for more information about temporay furniture) for rent at that time because they only have so many 3 and 6 month rentals free at a time. Be VERY AWARE before doing anything with them so you don't loose any money and time(I had an apointment set, thank goodness I didn't waste any more time.) Also, make sure you call the actual office for Island Clubs not any call center because they both have VERY DIFFERENT information that the apartment complex should bother to update.
I can not give ratings on most of the information since I did not get the chance to live here...but already had issues and they had already scheduled me for an appointment.
