I have lived here for over 4 years.

Management of the property changes at least twice a year, so you can't believe what you're told ever, even if it's in writing.

Rules change daily it seems.

More than that though, you would think that they would want to take care of their loyal tenants but they don't.

I am currently trying to purchase a house so the property manager let me go on a month to month lease (for an ungodly amount of money).

I called them to give them an update that I did not close on the house yet and was going to continue my month to month as was agreed upon.

However, my apartment has already been rented to another individual and I have a few days to move out.

I find it completely unprofessional and disrespectful to do this to any tenant, especially one that has been here for over 4 years (imagine if I didn't call them and they just came to my door the day I was supposed to be gone).

I'm very, very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone go through this.
