I love this complex so much that I have lived here twice. Once from 2000-2001 and again from 2006-present. Management is wonderful, they address issues as soon as it is brought to their attention. Maintenance work is usually completed the same day the request is put in. My daughter loves swimming in the pools and I enjoy working out in the gym which they are currently upgrading to better serve its residents.

I would and have recommended this complex to my friends and family.

this place is a freaking joke!! i would never recommend this complex to anyone ever. ALLL they care about is money. They will find anything and everything to charge you for. Myself as well as numerous neighbors receive flyers on our doors CONSTANTLY for painting or "lock checks" pretty much any excuse to enter your apartment for one reason or another. we even received and notice once saying we would be charged if we denied access. I do not trust them at all. Not to mention tons of grounds keepers that i see taking breaks in the grass all day long with access to everyones apartments. it seems like everyone has a key around here. Pools and hot tubs never work and are always green. The property is infested with fleas, flies, and cockroaches. Not to mention this is the #1 property in oceanside for stolen motorcycles and car break-ins (dont deny it because we were told by the oceanside police department). There are over 33 move outs alone in the month of September in this complex and there is a reason why. MANAGEMENT SUCKS. If your contesting this you most likely work for the complex. Isn't there some sort of flyer you should be xeroxing?

The fleas thing is true! My apartment got fleas all really bad when I lived there a couple of years ago, and I didnt even have any pets!

THE WRITER OF THIS REVIEW MUST BE SOMEONE THAT WORKS ON THE OFFICE OR MUST HAVE ISLAND CLUB CONFUSED WITH ANOTHER PROPERTY! Management is wonderful, WHAT? Well if you are talking about painting speed bumbs, delivering eviction notices and spending all day in the office (obvoiusly eating), then yes the management is wonderful. The sad thing is it will never change unless the manager changes. She is more concerned about the way the property looks than anything else. If it looks good, she looks good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
