Apartments are full of mold, fleas, and roaches.

Maintenance takes too long to get done. If there is a problem, requests for repairs need to be made over and over and over. Maintenance crews enter apartments without permission even after specifically being told I didn't want anyone in my apartment when I'm not home.

Need better security. There were two incidents of cars being broken into and 3 apartments while I was there and I only lived there for 6 months! I never really felt safe after I started hearing about the break ins and realized how easy it was to get in the apartments. Only one lock on the door. The windows have frames that are easy to remove. The one security guard is just not enough for this complex.

Numerous errors by their accounting, once applying my rent to another apartment and then giving ME warnings of eviction on my door!

They will also try to get anything they can out of your deposit once you move out.

I honestly have nothing really good to say about living there.

He is right we have had several cars stolen and apartments broken into also motorcycles stolen

Maybe if they diverted the money they spend on painting the curbs every other day to hiring a second security guard there wouldn't be so many break ins.
