I will never recommend to for someyone to live in this apartments. There are sevral problems in this buildings sarting with parking. If you have more than one vehicle it is impossibel to find parking you only get one parking spot assign the other vehicle would have to be park on an non-assign parking which is impossibel to find and mostly after 7pm. They say they are pet friendly but in reality they are not you can't keep pets on the front porch not even for a second you must be out there with them if they hear one noise coming from a pet you immedietly get complains, and you are stuck with the $25 pet rent until your end of your lease even if your pet gets stolen from you, they have no pitty. Maintnance always leaves trash and unwanted items on your porch. Staff is allways messing up on paper work and usually is the important paper work for exampel direct deposit forms then they charge you for late payments when they are the ones messing up. Trash gets piled up within days of trash pick up. There is mice in the apartment that they still havent exterminated. Too many young people making loud parties, so if you have little ones get ready to get woken up. I highly do not recommend!!

ps.. ive know of at least 6 different bulglaries that they have never mentioned to us. instead of posting up a flier or sending letters to at least warn us, they simply chose to ignore it. they dont care. i thought they did, they seemed nice...but theyre not. especially the thick female with short hair...youll see what im talking about

I think it's the maintenance people who break in. Most of them don't speak a word of English, what kind of background checks do the IC managers perform? From my experience, they came into my apartment repeatedly after I made numerous requests to the main office to let me know so I can be home when they enter. This apartment complex fails in so many ways.
