i absolutely positevely reccommend you stay away from theese apartments. i was interested because rent seemed to be withing our range according to an ad. the person that spoke to us in person agreed that was the right price.low and behold, first rent comes in and its 100 dollars more!! plus our contract was also magically moved up to 1 year, instead of 6 months like we had talked about. she showed us the wrong apartment, which we had already approved of. in fact, she showed us a TWO bdrm apt n assured to us we would get it for the same price we had discussed!!!!it had vaulted ceilings, chimney and a big porch! on move in day, truck was packed n they REFUSED to give us the key to our place bc they require us to have renters insurance, which we didnt know so we had to stay at a hotel with our stuff packed!they didnt give a damn! finally we got the 1 bdrm apt that we had leased, were ants are a BIG problem.no vaulted ceilings or chimney, which i dont mind but when i went back and asked her, she basically called me a liar, when there was 2 more ppl with me at the time when we signed a 6 month contract, including my husband.we didnt get ANY paperwork for some reason so i had to go back and get it. apparently teresa was brand new at the time, she hadnt even done her training!! i know this bc on the fliers they hand out every month it said it. i like to keep my place clean and organized, so i was appauled to find RAT DROPPINGS on my stove!!!!!!!!i am not kidding..my dog, whom i had to give a $500 deposit(same as a 50lbs dog) n pay $50 a month for rent (PS. HES A 3 LBS CHIHUAHUA)is scared to go to the kitchen bc theres rats!!!! i set up an appointment for pest control on a tues, n according to them, they would be in on thurs. thursday came, i took the day off work and cleared out my whoooole kitchen, for what??nothing!! they never showed. so i called the front office and asked what happened she first said, "they ran out of poison." then she said, the man said no one was home, AND THEN she said the guy had already "treated" my apartment..when i said noooo way, she then told me, he treated the outside. the complain specifically said the kitchen..no joke, when she told me that i stepped outside n all those ants and BIG HUGE spiders were still alive n out there! then she offered to make an appointment in a week and a half! if u see my porch its spotless, sweep it every day and keep my shoes neatlly organized out there. i put a babygate so my doggy wont run away when i leave the door open. apparently my porch looks messy bc of the brand new baby gate. i stay way in the back and the only people that would ever see it are my upstairs neighbors who dont mind it at all (doesnt bother anyone). then the manager told me in exact words" your dog shouldnt be out there in the first place!" so im paying 1200 for a small as apartment with mice, ants, spiders, extremely thin walls(you can hear EVERYTHING) the neighbors do. :( and i cant even put my smaller than a house cat doggy out?? so y havnt i moved out? because they require us to pay 3 months rent in advance, plus 3000 break lease fee. a lease that would have been up last month if it wasnt for those evil contract changing little monsters that inhibit the office at night... this is ridiculous u guys, dont do it. they look pretty but if u take a good look inside an actual apartment, they just painted over everything including long hairs stuck to my bathroom doors. take a good look inside and u will notice old things painted over n over again to hide holes on walls n doors.its sad.they should stop being greedy and use the money they use to paint the damn curb every other week and put it towards something good like cleaning the nasty ---- growing in the jaccuzzis n pools.the "gym" which is actually 3 treadmills n like 2 exercise bikes has been closed for the past 4 months and where the hell is the tanning beds they boasted about in their ad in the aptmnt magazine???.to do laundry we have to walk through the whole back parking lot, then cut through some buildings toget there. my husband drove me there bc its too far to take all of my laundry, while he was helping me unload, the car still on, the wrecker was backing up getting ready to take our car bc he was "parked" in a no park zone.he got off for 2 minutes!! come on the freakin doors were open!! seriously..im so frustrated with theese people.the parking is horrible and the management is worse.ill be willing to prove anybody that says otherwise wrong. ill even give you a tour in my home..just let me know...and NO IM NOT WHINNING LIKE SOME PPL HAVE COMMENTED ON REVIEWS..IM JUST COMPLETELY FED UP BUT IM NOT RICH TO BREAK MY LEASE!!

Yeah we have a rat problem too and dont even bother to have them come cause all they do is put sticky traps in your kitchen. We also had a problem with our front porch being "messy" only because it had fencing on the bottom to cover the opennings so our dog dosent get out. We are still here cause it cost almost 5,000 to break the leas

I LIVED THERE A YEAR AGO...IT WAS INFESTED WITH FLEAS AND SPIDERS. NEVER HAD ANY RATS, OR SAW THEM ANYWAYS, BUT I CAN BELEIVE IT. THEY NEVER TOLD ME I HAD TO HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE, BUT MAYBE THAT IS SOMETHING NEW. ALSO, WHEN YOU MOVE OUT, MAKE SURE YOU DONT LEAVE A DAY EARLY...I LEFT ON A SATURDAY, MY LEASE WAS UP ON MONDAY. I CLEANED THE WHOLE PLACE SATURDAY, IM TALKING SPOTLESS. I LEFT A FEW THINGS BEHIND...FOOD IN THE FREEZER, AND SOME OTHER VALUABLES. WHEN I RETURNED ON SUNDAY TO FINISH CLEARING THE PLACE OUT, EVERYTHING WAS GONE. IT TURNS OUT THEY CAME IN ON SATURDAY TO "CLEAN" BUT WE TECHNICALLY STILL LIVED THERE. THEY ENDED UP TAKING ALL OF OUR STUFF WHICH WE NEVER GOT BACK. I KNOW THIS BECAUSE WHEN THEY CLEAN THEY TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PLACE. THE DATE ON THE PHOTOS WAS THAT SATURDAY. WHEN I CALLED THE MANAGEMENT OUT ON IT, THEY DENIED IT AT FIRST UNTIL THEY PULLED OUT THE PHOTOS. ENDED UP REFUNDING ME TWO DAYS RENT AND THE CLEANING BILL, WHICH WAS NOT EVEN HALF OF THE VALUE OF STUFF THEY STOLE FROM ME. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

I agree too, When they showed us apartments, we agreed on one, they gave us the address and everything, then when we showed up to move in, it turns out Theresa gave us the wrong address, we had to frantically call around to the moving company, te gas company, I had to change my insurance and EVERYTHING AGAIN! We can;t even keep cereal in the cubbords b/c ants get into SEALED packages! I hate it here, were only still here b/c of the breaking lease fee!!

I feel bad for the dog!!!! Those rats were probably twice the size of your dog and mean as a pitbull.( I own a pit and its simply a reference! I love all doggies! So noone get mad) And if they did put out poison the rats would just die in a wall somewhere and you'd be stuck smelling dead rat smell! EW! And now you know to ALWAYS!!! get a copy of paper work the instant you sign it!
