I enjoy living here. I like the kitchen and the fact that i can have my cat. the washer and dryer in the apartment is a plus too. but i've looked down the list of reviews and i do agree with some of you. i guess i am kind of biased though because i just moved out of fallbrook and i doubt anything could be as bad as that. as far as management goes there are so many apartments that they have no time for you. at least that's the feeling that i get. i also installed a chain lock on my door because there were so many reviews about break ins and maintenence guys. overall i enjoy it.
