My husband and I lived there for a couple months last year.

We had an amazing least agent' named Melissa and she was extremely helpful with everything and helped everything run smoothly.

This was especially helpful because i lived out of state at the time i was searching for apartments.

My husband is in the Marines as well.

When he deployed we had no problem getting out of our lease and no problem with our deposit refund.

Melissa actually ended up moving into an apartment close to ours and was very helpful as a neighbor and as someone who worked in the office she even babysat our daughter since we knew no one out there and wanted to have a date night! Of course we got to know her first! No place is perfect but for the most part in our experience this was a nice place to live.

A few negative things that happened was that we had 2 loads stolen from the on site laundry mat.

i know sometimes people grab the wrong load one time my husband did but we brought it to the office and they found the owners but no one ever returned out 2 loads.

Melissa was helpful but there wasn't much she could do.

Another thing was that a mouse came through the vents.

i saw it crawl out.

I worked from home and the office sent a guy up to put traps down right away.

I never saw another mouse since or before then.

I'm pretty sure Melissa doesn't work there anymore.

But i wish she did.

Im in the early stages of looking for apartments again in that area and i'm considering moving back there.

I obviously didnt have the problems others have listed then again I had Melissa and she made everything easier! Also SOMETIMES we had to park our 2nd car a bit away especially while they were redoing the gym.

Also sometimes there would be a group of guys in the pool after hours who would get loud but nothing we couldnt sleep through.
