This is in a "revitilized" area...which in short means....it has lots of crime and they are hoping to clean it up. Parking isnt so bad if you don't mind leaving your vehicle nowhere near your apt. Since there isn't air conditoning you are subjected to the "locals" choice in music all hours of the day. Read over your contract and you do not have to sign a lease that ends at only the end of the month like they try to get you to do. Oh and the buildings are very close together so that some windows only have the view of the building that is right next to you which makes for poor air circulation and natural lighting.
