If you are in the military, steer clear of mission hills! Staff is rude, gave us a REALLY hard time about breaking our lease with permanent change of station orders. They tried to fine us $2500 and make us pay a whole months rent because we were breaking our lease - but we had orders AND gave them 30 days notice! They are not worth it!!
