If you don't stay for the duration of your lease, you will pay a $2500 termination fee. You may not be told this when you apply or you may be told that it won't really happen. Place is dumpy and dirty, although the landscaping plantings are well manicured. The entrance is always kept up. Sidewalks and pavement are never washed and are grimy. Garbage bin lids are open, a health code violation. The security gates are always broken. The apartment cupboards have inadequate storage and are so grimy they can't really be cleaned. If you are fortunate, you will get new carpet and new paint. Most tenants have large dogs.
